Haven't got spare time to tag your items or set up your rack? No worries!

You can select our drop off service to add to your rack rental booking. With this add on service The Little Hanger will price your items for you, create your tags and add them to your items. We will also set up your rack for you as well. All you need to do is drop off your items to us in our store the afternoon before your rack rental start date. We will take care of the rest for you! ​

(Drop Off bookings are only able to be made either instore or over the phone.)

Can't come to pack down your rack?
If you are unable to pack up your rack or if you would prefer us to handle this,
a pack down and storage fee of $25 per 24-hour period will apply.
(maximum storage duration is 5 days).

Cancellation Policy
​A 100% deposit is required on all rack rental bookings. You can reschedule up to 24hrs before your rental date, in this occurance, your booking deposit will be carried over to the rescheduled date. The full deposit is non-refundable due to change of mind or cancellation/rescheduling within 24hr of rental date.
How it works
Step 1.
Refresh your kids wardrobe and gather the clothes your they no longer need, use or wear. Ensure they are clean, free of stains, general wear and tear and in great condition. We also accept shoes, swaddles, blankets, carriers, bags and accessories.

Step 2: Reserve Your Rack ​
Head to The Little Hanger website and click on "book a rack" button, this will take you to our 'ZELLR' booking site.
follow the prompts.
1. choose size of rack
2. select duration
3. select start date
4. select rack location
5. fill in your details
6. you will now receive a confirmation email from 'ZELLR'

Step 3: Tag and Price Your Items​
Log in on your desktop using the account details emailed to you from 'Zellr' (You can also download the Zellr app from your app store if you wish to use your smart phone.)

Go to 'Product Pricing' and create new product sheet.

Enter your items details.
When making tags, it is important to write a good description of the item on the price tag (brand, size and color). For example: "Country Road Blue onesie size 00”. REMEMBER: add your rack number to your price tags on Zellr when making tags.

Zellr will generate unique barcodes for each individual item. Print your product sheets off and make sure to securely attach barcodes to all items before bring them in store to set up your rack or dropping them off. If you are unable to print your tags, The Little Hanger can print your tags off for you. We offer instore printing and laminating for $1.00 per page with minimum 24 hours notice. Remember, If you're short on time, we can help you with our 'Drop Off' service. Simply fill out your product sheets with all items priced then drop off you items to our shop the date before your rack rental start date. We will then tag all items and sort the set up for you!

Step 4: Watch your items sell online!
​Download the Zellr app. This is where you are able to check on your booking and keep an eye on your already sold items.

Step 5: The end of your rack rental
On the last day of your rental period, we kindly request you to visit the store 1 hour prior to close of business to pack up your rack.

Alternatively, if you are unable to pack up your rack or if you would prefer us to handle this, a pack down and a storage fee of $25 per 24-hour period will apply, with a maximum storage duration of 5 days.

Once the rack rental period concludes you will receive the full amount of the items sold, minus a 10% commission, within 7 business days after the conclusion of your rental term. Please note: payments will exclusively be made to valid Australian bank accounts only. We also want to emphasize that your payment will be processed only after the collection of your garments.​
